Bro, please include me as well. As long as my schedule don't crash with the dates, I'm keen to join.
In fact, I will be driving to KL on 5th or 6th June to collect key for my Condo there. Will have to get it renovated, should be ready probably the later part of the year. If there's any organised trip to KL for shopping or whatever in future, can always stay at my place if you guys don't mind and thus save on hotels.
That is a really awesome and generous offer. Driving up to KL will be fun. Looking forward to June northern expedition. 747! you are back! thanks in advance for the generosity! give me the hard marble floor can sleep liao! i'm in! (but in reality with family around, how to crash at your place? unless it's all guys outing....heheheh) Haha....now I'm training for 777, maybe it's time I change my car plate as well. Anw, as I mentioned....I have 2 units there. Provided I did not rent 1 out, we can use both units. Each have 4 rooms, some are small though. Should be able to crash in lah. But then hor....who say i have marble floor for you to sleep? Unless you wana sponsor me loh. Mine is not those high class Condo in the city lah, just cheap cheap type by the outskirt. Bro, 1 mini led torch to collect from me to u. Gave I each as a very small token to all committee for good effort done. Remember to come for next meet. BTW, we counted 15 V at least if convoy to KL. Your condo can reserve so many lots or not....hahahaha Aiya, give a bit of kopi $$ to the guards loh!! But I'm sure not all 15 will be going at the same time right? Anw, long time no see!! Thanks for the gift and hope to see you at the next meet. Cheers!!!

Only the oracle, CR-V5 knows. The rest of us are just waiting for a PM to know where and when. Should be pretty soon. So it's like a surprise trip? Should be fun then!! Unless you guys driving up on the 5th or 6th to KL, I will be keen to join on the convoy as well.

I actually bought 2 units there. Intend to rent out 1 and keep 1 to be my holiday home. So at all times, at least 1 will be empty. Though it's not big, but have 4 rooms each if I don't knock down any wall. So can stay up to 8 families if I can't managed to rent the other 1 out. You wana rent from me??

Honda CR-V Discussions / Modifications on your V / Re: Sprint Booster - Anyone? seeking feedback
|
on: 03 April, 2008, 12:52:45 AM

Hi there, Just wondering - at Wishwerks they have this product and I'm curious to hear from people who have actually installed it and are using it ideally. I've looked at a site that has info on it http://www.sprintbooster.gr/en/as well as a detailed article about it - though I cannot find the link. basically this increases the power (or feeling of power) by reducing the response time. Also the throttle is more sensitive and less throttle is required to get full power - smaller increments on the pedal result in more gas... Comments anyone who has bought it? Otherwise those who have tried it have any thoughts about it... joe Hi Joe, actually I have not read this post as I was so busy the last month preparing for my newborn. I went down to Wish Werks today to fix the LED reflector lights. He told me he had the SB for our ride, and I bougt it even without testing. Only thing is I didn't realise there's 2 different type, but guess he must have sold me the aggressive ones. I didn't know the SB was here already else would have got it even earlier, had been waiting for it since I got the car. I have fixed VSD II and few other gadgets but can't really feel any difference in pick-up or power till when I drive home with the SB fixed today. Anyway, my last ride was a beemer fixed with SB so I had always enjoyed the feeling it gives. This is my personal opinion though as I do not bother too much about FC as I only pump petrol max twice a month. You should drive your car around for a while then test it with the SB, I'm sure you will feel the difference.

CRaVers Corner / Official Club Meet and Events / Re: BBQ Meet Up (010308)

Joan (aka Caravan) is inviting CRaVers to her place for BBQ (with function room). I thought this is a good change from the sun burning meet in January. I think everyone will have more chance to mingle and get to know one another better while eating/drinking at a relaxed setting. I'm sure not everyone managed to talk to one another during January's meet right?
Try to confirm attendance asap so Joan can make arrangements for F&B. Hopefully giving about a month's notice will give all time to arrange free time and reserve this date to come.Date: 1st March (Saturday)Time: Evening (To be confirmed exact time)Venue: Pasir Ris (Joan's house)Attendance1. Caravan 2. noelleon69 3. HCRV-97 4. Victor + 1 1/2 5. nat7373 6. CR-V5 + 1 7. henry + 1 8. POWURR 9. Shalom 10. megarapier + 1 11. Takishi1 12. Dracula + 1 + 1/4 (Baby Akan Datang) 13. 14. 15. . . . Would also like to bring my Westie if he is fully recovered, very sick now.
