Dear Cravers,
Here is a message from BB to repeat our goodwill this year. Let's aim for good participation like last year. Bring out the Cravers Spirit for the festive season. Rock Rock Rock

Greetings!

Once again The Boys’ Brigade Sharity Gift Box Car Flag Off is back. It will happen on Saturday, 12 December 2009 at ACS Barker Road carpark at 11.am.

This year, the organizing committee has scheduled for four waves of flag off, at different timing with 40 cars per wave. The Stedfast Association will be helping to rally 80 cars for two waves.

We are thankful for CRaVers’ Club’s involvement last year and impressed with the convoy of cars driving into the venue together.

We would like to invite CRaVers’ Club to join us again this year, and offer a wave which is exclusive to your club if we can get a minimum commitment of 40 cars. Otherwise, we can always mix your club with other group to form a wave.

I have enclosed a factsheet on BB Sharity Gift Box, for your reference.

Look forward to hear from you.

Warmest regards,

EDWIN S W LIM

Dear Members, Friends & Volunteers,

80 cars are needed for 640 food hampers to be delivered to the needy on 12 December!

For the past 21 years, The Boys' Brigade in Singapore has been seeking to bring cheer to the less fortunate by collecting food items and fulfilling Christmas wishes of the beneficiaries through The Boys' Brigade Sharity Gift Box. These gift items reach out to more than 180 Voluntary Welfare Organisations and 2,400 individuals under the Public Assistance Scheme

This is a unique project as donors are encouraged to go beyond purely financial giving and are instead challenged to make the extra effort to buy gifts for the less privileged in our society.

You can put a smile on someone's face today!

Once again The Boys’ Brigade Sharity Gift Box Car Flag Off is back to deliver food hampers to the public assistance (pa) scheme recipients! It will happen on Saturday, 12 December 2009!

This year, the organizing committee has scheduled four waves of flag off, at different timing with 40 cars per wave. The Stedfast Association (alumni of The Boys’ Brigade) will be helping to rally 80 cars for two waves.

We are thankful for many volunteers like yourself who have came forward to participate last year and we would like to invite you to join us again this year.

Where & When?

12 December, Saturday at ACS Barker Road Basement Carpark (60, Barker Road S309919), 11am or 12pm sharp.

http://acsbr.net/cos/o.x?c=/wbn/pagetree&func=view&rid=10067

What?

Each car will be given 8 food hampers (pending on the size of the vehicle) and assigned with a BB Boy for the delivery.

Process?

The whole process at ACS Barker Road Basement Carpark will be like a “MacDonald’s Drive-Thru”.

Register->BB Boy Assigned->Load Food Hampers->Delivery->Send BB Boy, Documents & Undelivered Food Hampers back to ACS Barker Road Basement Carpark.

Duration?

Through experiences, it will take a maximum of 2 hours to deliver 8 food hampers (4 houses).

Who?

Your family, relatives, friends, colleagues who drive are most welcome to join us! Please help us forward this email to them. We need your partnership!
